MECAPLÚS SELECTED AGAIN AS FINALIST IN THE INTERNATIONAL AWARDS FOR POWERED ACCESS 2010

MECAPLÚS has been nominated as finalist in the "New Product of the Year" category for the International Awards for Powered Access (IAPAs) 2010

The finalists for the International Awards for Powered Access (IAPAs) 2010 have been announced following the meeting of the judging panel in Manchester on 22 January.This are the second international award specifically dedicated to the aerial access sector, organised by IPAF (International Powered Access Federation), in collaboration with its official magazine Access International.

MECAPLÚS, has presented its candidature for the "Access International Award for new product of the year", with its latest, self-levelling ME12SL articulated platform. This aims to revolutionise the way people work at height, by providing a new concept in efficient and highly safe platforms, directed at the niche market: for pruning at height, industrial maintenance, cleaning in solar parks, tunnels, etc.

Among the five finalists for this important award, whose selection process was based on technical excellence, innovation and potential market value criteria, were leading names including JLG, Hinowa, Dinolift and Niftylift.

The awards ceremony will take place on 25 March, 2010 in London, after the IPAF Summit (the annual IPAF meeting).

MECAPLÚS galardonada en los Premios de Seguridad y Salud Laboral

MECAPLÚS y su Plataforma Elevadora Autonivelante ME12SL han sido galardonados con el "Premio a la Innovación Técnológica en Epis y productos" en la I Edición de los “Premios de Seguridad y Salud Laboral”.

El jurado, formado por los Presidentes de las principales Asociaciones del Sector de los Riesgos Laborales y por relevantes cargos de Organismos e Instituciones de este sector ha decidido galardonar al modelo ME12SL con el "PREMIO A LA INNOVACIÓN TECNOLÓGICA, en Epis y productos" dirigido al equipo o producto que más se haya destacado por el desarrollo, aportación e incorporación en materia de innovación tecnológica.

Estos premios, convocados por la publicación especializada en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales y Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo “Formación de Seguridad Laboral” tienen como objetivo galardonar a organismos, entidades y empresas que más hayan destacado en el año 2009, en la Prevención de Riesgos Laborales.

La ceremonia de entrega tendrá lugar en Madrid, coincidiendo con la celebración del Salón Internacional de la Seguridad, SICUR 2010.
