How do MECAPLÚS self-levelling platforms work?
- MECAPLÚS, through a continuous process of technological innovation carried out internally in the company, has developed an electronic board, that by using high-quality sensors, provides the necessary information to a complex system, which acts levelling the chassis of the machine automatically, changing the overturning lines of the platform, thereby eliminating the need for stabilizers.
Why they provide greater productivity and performance?
- The elimination of the stabilizers, is a very considerable saving in time of execution of work at height, allowing a continuous work without having to stop working to stabilize the machine at a new point. Therefore, high performance is achieved far away from that offered by other means.
Why provide greater savings?
- MECAPLÚS self-levelling platforms, representing a significant savings in labor costs, given that a single operator is able to drive the platform, to stabilize the machine at a new point and develop his work, simultaneously. For example, trucks with crane, need either a driver and an operator, or a driver / operator, which increase labor costs and require more runtime. Industrial platforms, meanwhile, must be stabilized with feet, skids, etc., are heavier, and allow less movements, so the runtime is also considerably higher.
